Based on the same site as NJ Screen Prints Ltd in Hinckley, NJ is the UK’s leading volume screen printer of garments to retail and trade. NJ has leading edge printing technology and excellent relationships with high street retailers and the major supermarket brands. Both businesses are focussed and committed to leading edge design, quality and customer service.
To support growth and new direction we are seeking exceptional Sales Executives to join our European team. For our French team, we are seeking candidates already based in France and with a proven track record of sales in licensed apparel and accessories to the French retail market.
We are looking to meet experienced sales professionals who have a proven sales track record working in the Retail or Licensing sector, in apparel or accessories. This sales experience may be from working for a retailer in the supply chain, as a supplier to retail or from licensed product sales and the ideal candidate will have experience selling to multiple retailers.
Skills and Competencies
· Candidates MUST be fluent in the native language of their territory as well as having excellent spoken and written English.
· You will be a self-motivated person and able to organise your own diary.
· This role reports to the Head Of Sales – Europe who is based in Spain and you will be required to attend meetings across Europe/UK from time to time as required.
· Must be able to demonstrate exceptional sales skills and will have a history of managing new business, maintaining current business and revitalising dormant contacts.
· Must be confident communicating to the highest standards both verbally and in writing, must be numerate and able to understand and analyse data.
· Practical experience and a good understanding of Microsoft Office packages is required.
· Must have excellent relationship management skills and be able to develop and maintain communication channels with both internal and external stakeholders. They must have a demonstrable compelling presentation style that delivers winning results.
· Must be a hungry and driven individual who measures their success by customer satisfaction and delivery of the sales strategy.
